Dr Alex Gapud

Dr Alex Gapud is Buttercrumble’s Academic Community Manager and Special Projects Expert.

He’s a trained anthropologist as a former award-winning Teaching Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, where he also received his PhD in Social Anthropology.

In his role at Buttercrumble, he works with design partners in academia, research and the GLAM space to make research and information digestible, engaging and accessible for wider audiences through creative outputs.

His loves outside of work include fried chicken, his dog Barnaby and the city of Vienna.
