</strong>Emma Beck is co-programme lead for the St Mellitus Organ Restoration Project. She began her career as a factual television producer at the BBC and in the independent sector. In 2015 Emma was awarded a Wellcome grant to create an online, oral history archive exploring parents’ and clinicians’ experiences of stillbirth and in 2016 she produced and presented a Radio 4 documentary, <em>We Need To Talk About Stillbirth</em>. This is her first heritage management project; her broadcasting skills have proved to be an invaluable asset given the enhanced digital direction the project has taken in response to Covid.

St. Mellitus Organ Restoration Project is restoring a First World War Memorial organ in a church in Stroud Green, North London. In this case study Ranjit Atwal speaks to Emma Beck from the restoration project and Oonagh Gay, Chair of Islington Guided Walks, about a series of ‘podtours’ they have created. The ‘podtour’ is an audio walking tour exploring highlights of the local community’s musical heritage.
